Business Development Manager

JD: We are looking for a Business Development Manager with 5 years of UAE hands-on experience to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and strengthen client relationships.

• Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and analysis to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor offerings that resonate with target audiences.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms that align with company goals.
• Manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress and forecasting revenue to ensure targets are met.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of business initiatives, fostering collaboration and alignment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience in business development or sales within a relevant industry is highly preferred.
• Experience in technology or software sales will be beneficial in understanding product nuances and client needs.
