Job Description

Business Unit : Building Technology

• Setting goals and developing plans to drive business and revenue growth.
• Developing, implementing, and following up on the country strategy within the agreed budget.
• Expanding the local customer portfolio by increasing the share of wallet with existing clients and identifying additional opportunities with new customers, verticals, and influencers.
• Actively working with key influencers and end-users, serving as the Key Influencer Manager for defined local stakeholders.
• Developing, implementing, and following up on local customer strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with end-users and consultants.
• Tracking, identifying, and adding qualified prospects to the sales pipeline.
• Developing and managing strategic partnerships to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in engineering, business administration, management or marketing.
• Experience in Security Industry is a must.
• At least 7+ year experience in sales & business development and/or strategic marketing, preferably in high-tech multinational companies and video systems business unit.
• Excellent customer orientation and networking skills
• Excellent team player and multi-tasking skills
• High degree of self-motivation, accuracy, flexibility, and self-confidence. Ability to perform well under pressure, with a strong willingness to learn, result-oriented mindset, and excellent self-organization skills.
