Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our market reach. This role is ideal for a highly experienced sales professional who has a successful track record of building strong relationships and doing business with large property portfolios.

This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential, perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about getting on board with the next big wave of proptech. This is a flexible role; however, the ideal candidate is expected to exemplify commitment, drive, and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate and property management sectors for an innovative proptech solution.
  2. Build and nurture relationships with large landlords and property managers.
  3. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
  4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  5. Maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market trends and competitor offerings in the region.
  6. Work collaboratively with the founders to refine sales tactics and optimize client acquisition.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Proven track record of closing high-value deals in sales, business development, or real estate.
  2. Strong network with direct access to key decision-makers in the property sector.
  3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and drive results in a commission-based structure.
  5. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach.
