Job description

WeAreAspire Middle East is looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join a growing events business in the UAE. If you have a strong network in the industry, excellent sales skills, and a passion for building client relationships, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and grow the business.
  2. Identify and approach potential clients, including corporate companies, government entities, brands, and agencies.
  3. Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and pitches to secure new business.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  5. Research market trends, attend networking events, and explore new business opportunities.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets while tracking performance and revenue goals.

What We're Looking For:

  1. 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the events industry (preferably in Dubai).
  2. Strong understanding of event management services, corporate events, activations, and sponsorship sales.
  3. Adept at securing new business and achieving revenue targets.
  4. Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
  5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, events, or a related field (preferred).
  7. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
