Sales & Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients for PRO services, including company formation, visa processing, labor and immigration approvals, and government liaison services.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and market research, converting leads into long-term partnerships.
Client Consultation: Advise businesses on UAE government regulations, licensing requirements, and compliance processes, ensuring seamless PRO service delivery.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate entities, and government authorities to facilitate smooth business transactions.
Process Optimization: Work closely with internal teams to streamline PRO service offerings and enhance operational efficiency.
Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on UAE laws, visa policies, and labor regulations to provide expert insights and competitive service offerings.
Revenue & Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by driving new business and expanding service offerings.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in business development, sales, or consulting in PRO services, business setup, or corporate services in the UAE.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE government regulations, visa processing, labor laws, and corporate compliance.
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.
Networking & Relationship Building: Ability to connect with business owners, corporate decision-makers, and government entities.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM tools and digital sales strategies.
