Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Business Development Manager with 6-7 years of expertise in FMCG operations, supply chain, procurement, online sales, and strategic business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing import/export operations, warehouse activities, eCommerce marketplace sales, and new client acquisitions, while also developing key accounts and expanding the company’s business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse & Supply Chain Management: Oversee procurement, inventory control, and logistics to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
2. Import & Export Operations: Manage international trade, customs compliance, and vendor coordination.
3. E-commerce Marketplace & Online Sales: Drive sales on platforms like Amazon, Noon, Talabat, and other marketplaces while optimizing digital marketing efforts.
4. New Client Acquisition & Key Account Management: Identify and onboard potential clients, build long-term partnerships, and enhance customer retention.
5. Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
6. Marketing & Advertising: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, online advertising, and market research to enhance brand positioning.
7. Strategic Planning: Create business strategies for growth, cost optimization, and competitive positioning in the FMCG sector.

Candidate Requirements:

• 6-7 years of experience in FMCG, supply chain, procurement, and eCommerce sales.
• Strong expertise in import/export processes, warehousing, and logistics.
• Proven ability to develop key accounts, onboard vendors, and expand business operations.
• Experience in digital marketing, online sales strategies, and advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business performance.
