Business Development Manager

About the Role:
The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients across the UAE and MENA region. They will focus on promoting the company’s key products to high-net-worth and institutional clients, corporate entities, and family offices. The ideal candidate will have a strong HNWI network in the cryptocurrency, fintech, and finance industries, with an ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.

Job Description:
We are looking to hire a number of Business Development Executives and Business Development Managers for a Crypto Company based in Abu Dhabi.
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE or Dubai, UAE
Salary: Depending on Experience

Qualifications:

1. Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management, ideally within the cryptocurrency, fintech, or financial services sectors.
2. Strong network of institutional investors, HNIs, corporates, and family offices in the UAE and MENA region.
3. Excellent understanding of cryptocurrency products, especially Earn, OTC, and spot trading.
4. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
   Identify, target, and engage potential clients, including institutional investors, HNIs, corporates, and family offices, with a focus on selling the company’s Earn product, OTC services, and spot trading.
2. Market Development:
   Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s presence across the UAE and MENA region. This includes identifying key market opportunities and developing partnerships with key stakeholders.
3. Product Expertise:
   Deeply understand the company’s suite of products and services, specifically the Earn product, OTC trading, and spot trading, to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
4. Sales & Negotiation:
   Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including drafting proposals, presenting solutions, and negotiating terms to meet business objectives.
5. Market Intelligence:
   Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments in the crypto and fintech sectors across the MENA region.
