Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We are searching for a Business Development Manager with a minimum of 10 years of UAE experience in Sales & Real estate, a UAE Driving License, and a car. Contracting knowledge is required.

Responsibilities:

1. Search for engineering consultant offices in Sharjah and Ajman.
2. Attend meetings with engineering consultant offices in Sharjah and Ajman.
3. Present FAM Contracting to consultant offices in Sharjah and Ajman.
4. Acquire and finalize new projects for FAM Contracting in Sharjah and Ajman.
5. Search for new building materials or technologies to obtain exclusive agency rights.
6. Develop and implement growth strategies to increase the client base and revenue.
7. Research and identify new business opportunities and target markets.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
9. Prepare and present business development proposals and reports.
10. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience of at least 10 years in business development, preferably in the construction industry.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Good knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
