Job description

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our business growth efforts in the aluminium and glass fabrication industry. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a results-driven professional with excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute business growth strategies: Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  2. Build and maintain relationships: Establish and nurture strategic relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Research and pursue new business leads, proposals, and tenders.
  5. Negotiate and close deals: Negotiate contracts, agreements, and other business deals to drive revenue growth.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
  7. Develop and manage budgets: Manage business development budgets, track expenses, and ensure ROI.
  8. Report and analyze performance: Track and analyze business development metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Experience: 5+ years of business development experience in the field.
  3. Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Results-driven and motivated.
