Job Title: Business Development Intern

Location: Riyadh/Dubai (Middle East, Remote and Part-Time, 16hrs/week)

What You’ll Do:

1. Identify and approach potential clients in the Middle East to expand our business network.
2. Develop and implement business development strategies tailored to the Middle Eastern market.
3. Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Experience and Skills Required:

1. Network in the Middle East region.
2. Understanding of Human Resources is needed; DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) principles is a plus.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Reporting:

You will report to Alok Kohli, the Strategy Director of Marching Sheep. We work in a collaborative matrix structure; you will, on many occasions, jointly work with other consultants and have regular interactions with Marketing, Operations, and Strategy leads.

Compensation:

Variable salary, based on performance and achievement. To be discussed based on experience.
