Business Development Executive | Sales Executive - Arabic

We are looking for an experienced Internal Business Developer - Arabic to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1-5 years of experience in the job market context of Gulf.

Position: Internal Business Developer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Follow-Up:
   Follow up on quotations to ensure clients have received and reviewed them.
   Address any inquiries or feedback from clients to facilitate smoother communication and deal closure.
2. Coordination:
   Serve as a liaison between management and potential clients to schedule and coordinate meetings.
   Organize and update meeting schedules, ensuring timely follow-ups and preparation for management.
   Personally invite potential clients to visit our elevator boutique.
   Arrange personalized tours or presentations to enhance the customer experience.
3. Communication:
   Draft and send professional emails and correspondence in both Arabic and English.
   Maintain a high standard of typing and written communication in both languages.
4. Content Creation:
   Be comfortable appearing on camera for creating marketing and promotional content.
   Assist in developing engaging content in collaboration with the marketing team.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
   Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
   Maintain a database of client interactions and ensure regular updates for management.
6. Market Insights:
   Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to inform business strategies.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Professional in typing and drafting correspondence in both languages.
3. Well-versed in cultural and professional etiquette in the UAE market.
4. Presentable, confident, and camera-friendly for video content creation.
5. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
6. Friendly and professional demeanor to represent the company effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in business development, customer relations, or a similar role is an advantage.
2. Knowledge of the elevator industry or related fields is a plus.
