Core Activities:

1. Develop strong, trusted partnerships with executive leaders and their leadership teams to understand, guide, and advise on strategic business and people matters.
2. Partner with business leaders to develop comprehensive strategic workforce plans designed to ensure clients have the talent and organizational capabilities required to achieve both short-term and longer-term business objectives.
3. Lead efforts to establish a robust talent management process designed to ensure a robust leadership pipeline exists for critical leadership roles across the business.
4. Champion diversity, inclusion, and belonging, driving our D&I goals and initiatives.
5. Understand and monitor workforce trends using data to develop action plans that increase overall employee engagement and retention, driving culture change and modeling Air Products leadership practices.
6. Partner with the Total Rewards team to ensure competitive market pay, incentives, and retention packages are effective in meeting business needs.
7. Provide senior management with analytical information and insights to facilitate business decisions.
8. Collaborate with COEs and MyHR in the design, development, and implementation of talent and organizational solutions.
9. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, benchmarks, and applicable employment legislation and laws to ensure compliance. Understand policies and practices where there is a critical mass of employees in organizations supported.
