Job Purpose: Sell personal loan to potential retail prospects & to maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Present and sell Personal loan to potential customers in an ethical, structured & professional manner.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers & companies to enhance cross-sell opportunities.
Conduct micro marketing activities that include Kiosk activities and other direct marketing activities.
Handle objections with a view to getting the customers to buy or company to transfer payroll.
Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports.
Participate in all Team Activities like morning huddles, training and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud trainings, Lean & rewards celebrations.
Qualifications:
Sales profile that requires confidence, persistence, personality, and verbal/written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of products, service policies, and processes of Retail Banking.
Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 6 months in personal loan sales.
