We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our merchant acquiring team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and acquiring new clients. This role involves extensive fieldwork, direct interactions with business owners, and a deep understanding of the merchant loan.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Identify and target potential merchants for onboarding.
Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Act as the main point of contact for merchant queries and issues, providing prompt and effective solutions.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the merchant loan acquiring space.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including merchant details, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Team Manager.
Ensure that all merchant documentation and KYC requirements are completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum 1 year experience in direct sales, preferably in merchant loan sales, or related financial services.
