Job description

Our client is an FMCG company in the consumer goods industry and is looking to hire an Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.
  2. Manage a team of administrative or support staff.
  3. Organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.
  4. Develop intra-office communication protocols.
  5. Streamline administrative procedures and inventory control.
  6. Supervise office staff and delegate tasks.

Energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible, and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

You’re a good fit if you have:

  1. 4 years minimum experience in Office Administration.
  2. Excellent computer skills including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
