Job Title: Business Development Executive Corporate Training

Employment Type: Fulltime

pin Training is a leading provider of corporate training programs in finance accounting taxation and business skills. We specialize in customized inhouse training solutions for large organizations. Our mission is to help companies upskill their workforce through high-quality practical and industry-relevant training programs. We are seeking a Business Development Executive to expand our client base and secure corporate training contracts with large businesses and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target large companies multinational corporations and government entities for in-house staff training needs.
  • Develop a pipeline of potential clients through cold calls LinkedIn outreach industry networking and corporate events.
  • Engage with HR managers Learning & Development heads and training decision-makers to understand their training needs.
  • Pitch customized training solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Work on inbound training inquiries and convert them into confirmed training contracts.
  • Develop partnerships with HR consulting firms business associations and training coordinators for lead generation.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals presentations and contract negotiations to secure training deals.
  • Stay updated on corporate training trends compliance training and industry-specific learning needs to align with market demand.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads meetings and deals in CRM software for tracking and follow-ups.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales business development or corporate training sales.
  • Strong network with HR and L&D managers corporate decision-makers and industry professionals.
  • Ability to sell high-value training programs and close long-term contracts.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven results-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Basic understanding of corporate finance accounting VAT and business training topics is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing HR or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate training sales L&D consulting or B2B business development.
