• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• 4-5 years (BDE) / 7-8 years (BDM) of experience in IT solutions sales.
• Experience in developing strategic relationships and adding significant value to customers.
• Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Goal-driven and target-oriented with proven experience in achieving defined sales and collection targets.
• Local driving license will be an added advantage.
