We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team and support the growth of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the medical center's client base and service offerings.
  • Build partnerships with insurance companies, corporate organizations, and other stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  • Analyze market trends to identify areas for growth and recommend strategies to capitalize on opportunities.

Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns to promote the center's services.
  • Present the medical center's value propositions to potential clients and partners through meetings, presentations, and events.

Operational Planning

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services for new business opportunities.
  • Monitor the performance of new initiatives and provide regular updates to senior management.

Performance Metrics

  • Set and achieve targets for revenue growth, partnerships, and client acquisition.
  • Prepare and present detailed business reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE healthcare market, including regulations, insurance frameworks, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
