Responsibilities

• Generating new opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media and other sources.
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with new and existing clients with consistent contact and client interactions.
• Attain customer feedback on each service delivery to determine whether customers are satisfied with our services and share the input timely with the department head and partners.
• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborating with department head/team members/operations staff to determine the most viable approach to pursue new business opportunities.
• Identifies and develops potential business partners and grows existing client relationships.
• Coordinates support to determine client needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve problems.
• Doing proper KYC assessment and collecting all the necessary documents while onboarding the clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales role within the similar industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
