About the Role: We are seeking a Junior Business Development Executive with a strong background in packaging sales or related industries. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, engaging with traders and clients to generate revenue, uncover new opportunities, and help position Awani Pack as a leader in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Trader Relations: Build and expand relationships with traders to secure ongoing business and partnerships.
  2. Sales Targets: Achieve a minimum monthly sales target of AED 100,000 through strategic sales and client engagement.
  3. Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard 5+ new clients per month, growing our client base and market share.
  4. Market Research: Proactively discover 2+ new product opportunities for import quarterly and present actionable insights to the team.
  5. Performance Reporting: Maintain and submit detailed weekly and monthly sales activity and market performance reports.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

  1. Sales Growth: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets of AED 100,000.
  2. Trader Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with 10+ traders monthly.
  3. Client Acquisition: Successfully onboard 15+ new clients per quarter.
  4. Market Insights: Identify and recommend 2+ new import products quarterly.
  5. Client Retention: Maintain a 90% retention rate for existing clients and traders.

Requirements:

Must Have:

  1. A minimum of 3-6 years of proven sales experience in packaging, trading, or related industries.
  2. Strong understanding of packaging raw materials such as stretch films, paper products, tapes, etc.
  3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  4. Analytical mindset to assess trends and identify opportunities.
  5. A UAE driving license (mandatory).

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Bonus Skills:

  1. Fluency in Arabic or experience in the UAE market is a strong advantage.
