Business Development Executive

We are looking for a driven and well-connected Business Development Executive with a background in real estate or hospitality, ideally someone who understands luxury clientele and has a strong network in the Dubai market. You will be responsible for generating leads, building partnerships, and closing charter deals with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporations, and event organizers.

You will be responsible for generating leads, building partnerships, and closing charter deals with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporations, and event organizers.

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the charter and luxury experience sectors.
2. Leverage existing relationships and networks to generate high-value leads.
3. Pitch charter services to prospective clients.
4. Attend networking events, expos, and luxury lifestyle gatherings to expand brand presence.

1. At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or luxury services.
2. Existing network of HNWIs, real estate developers, concierges, or corporate clients in the UAE.
3. Well-connected social network.
4. Strong understanding of luxury service standards and client expectations.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
7. Fluency in English is required; Arabic or French is a strong plus.
