Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment services, facility management, or the construction industry and a proven track record of generating leads, converting them into business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition:
    • Identify, engage, and onboard new clients in the recruitment, FM, or construction sectors.
    • Understand client requirements, present tailored recruitment solutions, and close deals.
  2. Lead Generation & Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities.
    • Leverage networks, cold calls, emails, and business platforms to generate leads.
  3. Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
    • Act as the main point of contact for client needs, resolving concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  4. Sales Strategy:
    • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
    • Prepare sales pitches, proposals, and presentations customized to client needs.
  5. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of candidates as per client requirements.
    • Share client feedback with internal teams to improve service offerings.
  6. Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed records of sales activities including pipelines, contracts, and follow-ups.
    • Provide regular updates on sales targets and performance to management.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience:
    • 10 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in recruitment, FM, or construction industries.
    • Familiarity with recruitment processes and industry-specific hiring trends is a plus.
  3. Skills:
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
    • Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and business networking platforms (e.g. LinkedIn).
