Job description

You will be part of the Sales department under the Certifications & Diploma Programs responsible for selling Certifications and Diploma Programs which are online self-paced and classrooms.
Products under this section also include books, certificates, and exam support.
Classroom management will also be one of your responsibilities.
Your primary responsibility will be to proactively identify, contact, and engage potential clients or customers through outbound calls, site visits, webinars, conferences, etc.
You will play a crucial role in generating leads and nurturing them to successful closures. This includes counselling, demo attendance, etc.
Drive the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively closing leads and converting them into customers.
This position requires excellent communication and sales skills as well as the ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment. And any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead generation through outbound calls to identify and qualify potential leads. Utilize various lead sources, databases, and online research to identify prospects.
  2. Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the specific needs of prospects.
  3. Provide accurate and compelling information about our products or services.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  5. Close deals by addressing objections, negotiating terms, and securing commitments from potential clients. Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets.
  6. Maintain an organized sales pipeline, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups. Use CRM software to record and manage sales activities and customer information.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to position our offerings effectively.
  8. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expansion.
  9. Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies. Gather data to make informed business decisions.

  2. Strong negotiation skills to close deals and partnerships. The ability to build and leverage a professional network to identify business opportunities and generate leads.
  3. A customer-centric mindset to understand and meet client needs and provide excellent service.
  4. Self-driven and motivated individuals who can work independently and set and achieve sales targets.
  5. A strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales and revenue goals.
  6. Familiarity with relevant business development and sales software (CRM) systems and analytics tools.
  7. Proficiency in multiple languages may be an asset when dealing with international clients.

Education & Experience:

  1. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is often required.
  2. Candidates should have a strong background in sales (minimum 1 year).
  3. Familiarity with the industry in which the company operates and an understanding of market trends, competitors, and potential clients.
