Job Description:

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and market presence.
• Identify emerging markets and sales opportunities.
• Set and achieve individual and team sales targets, ensuring growth and sales performance.
• Manage sales, revenue, and expense controls through effective business planning.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Track sales goals and performance, and report results to senior management.
• Prepare sales proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales.
• Ensure timely collection of timesheets and invoices.
• Follow up on receivables and manage payment collection.
• Analyze sales data to improve performance.
• Set and adjust sales goals based on performance.
• Process and submit labor documentation and induction prior to mobilization.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to meet client requirements on time.
• Draft and finalize contracts with suppliers and contractors.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with advanced degrees.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• At least 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within a relevant industry, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
• Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills considered an asset for international business dealings.
