Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their gifting needs and preferences.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Create tailored sales presentations and proposals that highlight our unique products and services.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of gifts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in corporate gifting or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build rapport with clients and understand their specific needs.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
