- Generate business leads internally and externally.
- Minimum target to be achieved: Four times of CTC in profits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients worldwide.
- Cultivate new sales leads to establish business and market/negotiate offered services.
- Leverage company value proposition to expand customer base.
- Develop and maintain best business practices.
- Execute monthly executive summaries for C-level leadership.
- Drive customer retention and growth through strategic account planning and relationship building.
- Work cross-functionally to review pricing market penetration and service KPIs.
- Responsible for accounts receivable as well as providing all documentation needed for claims resolution.
- Drive both revenue and margin growth across multiple verticals and modes.
- Create sales calendar, attend customer events, and conduct annual business reviews.
- Clearly understand goals, policies, and procedures of the company.
Requirements:
- Proven communication, management, and leadership skills.
- Previous experience working with contract management systems, word processing, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to write routine reports, letters, and documents.
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
