Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and client relationship management. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  3. Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and company objectives.
  4. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  5. Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  6. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  7. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and business performance to senior management.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of projects and services.
  9. Brand Promotion: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in Dubai or the Middle East.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Understanding of local regulations and business practices in the UAE.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Female candidates with a freelance or spouse visa are preferred for this position.
