Business Development Executive - Luxury Interior, Real Estate & Architecture Design

We are Aspire Middle East is hiring a Business Development Executive for a prestigious Luxury Interior & Architecture Design firm based in Dubai. This Business Development Executive role is ideal for someone with a strong background in real estate and luxury interior design, excellent knowledge of the UAE market, and a passion for high-end spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the luxury interior, real estate, and architectural sectors in Dubai and the wider GCC.
• Develop and run targeted business development plans to grow the firm's presence in premium market segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, architects, HNWIs, and key industry stakeholders.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and pitch tailored design solutions that reflect luxury market expectations.
• Stay on top of industry trends, monitor competitors, and identify market gaps to drive expansion.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams-design, marketing, and project management to ensure a seamless handover from lead generation to project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development within the UAE, ideally in luxury interiors, real estate, or architectural design.
• A well-established network of developers, high-net-worth clients, and premium retail contacts.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and a strategic mindset focused on growth.
• Multilingual candidates preferred (Arabic, Russian, or French is a plus).
