Roles & Responsibilities

1. Prospecting for new customers, targeting key prospects and retaining business.
2. Liaise with sales manager to achieve monthly/yearly sales targets.
3. Cold call, manage leads, make sales appointments, and follow up.
4. Present and discuss the products and services of the company in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity, and superior understanding of customer needs.
5. Understand and comply with the sales system/program in place.
6. Communicate effectively with management, and the marketing and production teams, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that sales and customer objectives are met.
