Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of FX (Forex) /Bullion salespeople and IB teams.
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team and IB teams to achieve performance targets and enhance client engagement.
Adapt to KPI Management, analyzing performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth.
Conduct market research and attend trade shows to identify client needs, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
Design and participate in seminars and webinars.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the financial industry with at least 3 years of experience in FX or Bullion as well as team management experience.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of FX products, market dynamics, and client needs.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
