Business Development Director

An IT PropTech company is seeking a Development Director to join their team. The company is in the final stages of developing an innovative digital platform that is set to transform the commercial real estate market in the GCC region.

This is the first digital platform that brings together key market participants: investors, landlords, owners, and tenants; it optimises the processes of leasing and purchasing commercial real estate.

The result of your work is an expanded network of strategic partners and users in the GCC region; established strong connections with key government bodies.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain contacts with users, partners, and relevant ministries
2. Strengthen the company’s market position and attract strategically important platform users
3. Accelerate the integration process with databases
4. Represent the company at key events in the GCC region

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of experience in the commercial real estate market, with at least 2 years in the GCC region
2. In-depth knowledge of all stages of commercial real estate transactions
3. Knowledge of business negotiation etiquette
4. Proficiency in Russian and English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
5. Established business network in the GCC region

Working Conditions:

1. Salary: from 35,000 dirhams + bonus and stock options
2. Probation period: 2–3 months
3. Visa and insurance provided upon successful completion of the probation period
