Business Development Director
Job description
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities partnerships and potential clients.
- Lead and manage the business development team setting clear targets and monitoring performance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients.
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to inform business strategies.
- Negotiate and close highvalue deals and contracts.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows.
- Prepare and present business proposals pitches and reports to senior management and potential clients.
- Monitor and report on business development activities pipeline and revenue forecasts.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and materials to support business growth.
Educational and Technical Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or related roles with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Proven track record of successfully developing longterm strategic plans and growth strategies.
- Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and business intelligence tools

- Selfmotivated and able to work under pressure.
- Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity.
