We are inviting candidates who are able to drive energy into the company along with the ability to think outside of the box for the role of Business Development & CRM Manager.

Job Purpose & Description

The purpose of this job is to increase the existing customer base for the company. The primary focus is to locate and qualify new prospects and grow existing accounts by generating interest in the company’s services and products.

  1. Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers across Damac Maison’s projects.
  2. Promote and expand the rental managed scheme business by updating new and existing customers on the latest offers in order to increase sales.
  3. Negotiate and handle customer complaints to resolve them in line with the company’s policies in an efficient manner.
  4. Coordinate with different departments such as reservations, operations, and finance to meet owners’ expectations.
  5. Review customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues.
  6. Monitor customer satisfaction levels.
  7. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal channel.
  8. Follow up with customers, find out if the solution actually worked, and take note of their suggestions on what can potentially improve their experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing preferred with Dubai experience.
  2. Arabic / English Speaker.
  3. Valid UAE driving license / Vehicle.
  4. At least 5 years of work experience, preferably in the area of CRM (real estate).
  5. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  6. Strong communication abilities, including advanced presentation skills (verbal and written).
  7. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
