Description
Obtain market information through intelligent questioning and build target pipeline of new accounts.
Identify priority new business targets and establish outreach action plan.
Collaborate with internal colleagues and peers to help increase efficiency of market penetration.
Proactively connect with decision makers and key contacts, with the aim to establish business relationships.
Assess client projects and requirements, then develop competitive commercial solutions and manage negotiations.
Develop new business into key account status by managing communication, expectations and coordination of project deliverables.
Identify, attract and assess candidates for client projects and ensure they are provided with relevant information to ensure there is a suitable fit for requirements.
Manage entire process and provide best-in-class support to all parties throughout a process.
Profile
Minimum of 3 years consultative, sales or business development experience in the Middle East - UAE is the strong preference.
Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology or SAAS products and services.
Collaborative attitude and growth mindset.
Track record of high personal billings or consistently achieving targets.
Track record of delivering success through team results.
Track record of building and managing relevant and successful business relationships.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
