Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and prepare marketing presentations for prospective clients
  2. Analyze investment portfolios for risk and return characteristics
  3. Execute portfolio rebalancing and trades
  4. Research internal and external investment vehicles for client asset allocation
  5. Provide client service and team support
  6. Source new prospective clients through cold outreach
  7. Serve as team's client relationship management system expert
  8. Participate in some of the team's prospective client meetings and follow up, as appropriate
  9. Manage new business team meetings and associated action items
  10. Relay GS Research and ISG market views to Private Wealth Advisors, clients and prospective clients

Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. Related financial services experience of 2-4 years
  3. Interest in pursuing a career as a Private Wealth Advisor
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure
  5. Strong interest in the financial markets and good investment sense/commercial instinct
  6. Ability to multi-task and work with a variety of partners across the firm
  7. Entrepreneurial spirit coupled with a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  9. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and foster a strong network of relationships
  10. Creative approach to problem solving
  11. Strong project management and organizational skills
