Acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients in your area of focus to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Developing strong internal relationships to optimise service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
Building financial models to analyse and assess existing and potential real estate projects.
Monitoring portfolio investments by conducting regular risk and performance analysis.
Researching new investment opportunities and performing thorough due diligence.
Preparing reports and providing recommendations in order to assist in decision making.
Participating in all aspects of legal documentation, deal structuring and financing.
Minimum Requirements
At least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Highly goal-driven and able to work well in fast-paced environments.
