Job description

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Associate to help drive sales and support our company's growth. This role involves attracting new clients, nurturing relationships, and identifying opportunities within our existing client base. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will play a critical role in enhancing the company's reputation and finding innovative ways to expand our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
  • Identify and close business opportunities within both new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to support strategic growth objectives.

Skills:

  • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Skills in identifying new business opportunities within the IT services industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Hindi and/or Arabic is a plus.
  • Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to negotiate effectively and persuade stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client relationships and projects effectively.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT industry jargon and services.
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions and adapting to changing business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales or business development role, preferably in the IT services industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT industry terminology and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the GCC market and experience working in this region is highly valued.
  • Other Requirements: Valid driver's license is preferred.
