Business Development and Partnership Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development and Partnership Manager to drive growth and identify new opportunities across three businesses: Numu – Early Childhood Centre, Neo Health, and Lemonade Children's Indoor Play Area. This role involves analyzing market trends, forging strategic partnerships, and developing innovative event and digital strategies to enhance brand presence and revenue.

What You'll Do:

• Identify and pursue business growth opportunities that align with the objectives of all three entities.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to drive brand expansion and market reach.
• Ideate and execute events and digital marketing trends that can enhance business engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Analyze business performance through reporting and insights to ensure goals are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing initiatives and partnership programs.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with potential partners and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to drive maximum exposure through external communication and public relations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across different business verticals.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and event planning is a plus.
• Experience in external communication and public relations is highly desirable.
