We are looking for a highly skilled Business Consultant Manager, who is able to translate customer requirements into opportunities and also keep track of SLA contractual agreements.
Key tasks
Driving SLA Operations focused on contractual agreements and as per agreed SLA.
Continual improvement of the reporting & ratification process.
Management/Leadership team manages to run the weekly and monthly governance meetings with our customer.
Drive to achieve points on all agreed KPI targets.
Providing feedback to ‘ODS2 Service Level Owners’ and Management about the performance of Service Levels.
Highlighting poor trending KPIs to ODS2 Management.
Ensure to deliver 100% on Monthly SLA Report.
Business Consulting and Consulting skills.
Assess new business requirements and convert them into opportunities.
Other important tasks
Organizing and executing assigned business projects on behalf of clients according to client’s requirements.
Meeting with assigned clients when needed and performing an initial assessment of a problematic situation.
Requirements
Proven experience as business consultant or equivalent.
Knowledge of diverse business matters such as IT, Marketing, HR etc.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Familiarity with a wide selection of business management software (CRM, ERP etc.) and databases.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills.
