Job Summary: Devotion Corporate Services is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Consultant/Business Setup Advisor to join our team in Dubai. This role is essential for helping clients establish their businesses in the UAE smoothly and ensuring a hassle-free process from start to finish. Success in this role means guiding clients confidently through the business setup journey, following all regulatory guidelines, and achieving monthly sales targets. This position is critical for fostering strong client relationships and directly supporting our company’s growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advise clients on UAE business setup options, including Mainland and Freezone.
2. Offer guidance on legal requirements for company registration, licensing, and visa processes.
3. Attend industry events to generate leads and expand business opportunities.
4. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, achieving high conversion rates.
5. Provide end-to-end client support, from initial inquiries to business incorporation and ongoing services.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
7. Stay updated on industry changes to provide the best possible advice.
8. Conduct due diligence, managing company law compliance and amendments.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in business consultancy, sales, or business setup advisory in the UAE.
2. Knowledge: Solid understanding of UAE business regulations, company formation, and visa processes.
3. Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication skills, strong organizational skills with CRM experience, and the ability to work independently to meet sales goals.
4. Language: Must be fluent in English and Hindi; Gujarati would be a plus.
5. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. MBA or CS qualification would be preferred.
6. Certifications: Sales or Business Consulting certifications are a plus.
