Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Consult with clients to understand their business goals, requirements, and preferences for company formation.
  2. Advise clients on the most suitable business structures, licensing options, and jurisdictions based on their needs.
  3. Prepare and submit all necessary documentation and applications for company registration, licenses, visas, and permits.
  4. Coordinate with government agencies, authorities, and partners to facilitate the setup process.
  5. Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and financial analysis to support clients in making informed decisions.
  6. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients on operational matters, compliance, and best practices.
  7. Keep abreast of changes in regulations, policies, and industry trends to ensure accurate and up-to-date advice.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience & Educational Background:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Business Setup Consultant, Business Advisor, or similar role in the consultancy industry.
  3. In-depth knowledge of company formation procedures, licensing requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
  4. Familiarity with local business laws, tax regulations, and commercial practices.

Skills:

  1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and Channel Partners.
  3. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and quality of work.
  4. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Knowledge:

  1. Familiarity with UAE labor, immigration laws, and processes.
  2. Understanding of various industry sectors and business modeling.
  3. Proficient in feasibility analysis and business planning.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools.

Qualification & Preference:

  1. Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  2. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting and exceeding specified targets.
