Job description

We are seeking an Experienced Business Consultant/Business Setup Advisor/Sales Executive to streamline efficiency across our business operations. As a Business Setup Advisor, you will assist individuals or organizations in the process of establishing their new business license. Your primary responsibility is to provide guidance and support to ensure that clients can achieve their business goals while complying with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Generating and managing incoming sales inquiries from different sources like phone calls, emails, chats, walk-in clients, and referrals.
  2. Following up with new and existing clients and updating status on the CRM.
  3. Educating clients with information related to company setup formation, suitable business activities, eligibility, free zones rules, terms, and conditions.
  4. Attending events and business networks to maximize sales from channels aside from marketing leads.
  5. Training and developing business setup firms/new consultants to maximize sales in the market.
  6. Keeping in touch with channel partners to ensure a good relationship with the Free Zone.
  7. Achieving monthly sales targets.
  8. CRM management for sales.
  9. In-depth product knowledge and competition packages.
  10. Providing monthly reports on the number of sales vs. number of leads received.
  11. Coordinating between Compliance Team and Operations Team to facilitate client requirements.
  12. Analyzing market competition by conducting regular mystery shopping with free zones/competitors.
  13. Actively involved in delivering excellent sales/customer service to clients from sign-up until closure.
  14. Maintaining high conversion rates.
  15. Assisting clients from initial inquiry, requirements to incorporate the company and visa-related fees.
  16. Providing straightforward, transparent, and accurate information related to client requirements.
  17. Preparing reports as required and/or requested by the line manager.
