Business Consultant

We are a leading Business Set-up consultancy in Dubai, and we are seeking experienced Business Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai mainland company set-up and formation
2. Proven track record with a roster of repeat clients from the upper market bracket
3. Comprehensive knowledge of Dubai laws, regulations, and procedures related to pre-license and post-license activities and documentation
4. Keen observational skills to assess potential clients' needs and requirements
5. Excellent communication and persuasive abilities to convince even the most skeptical clients
6. Charismatic personality with a talent for building strong client relationships
7. Proficiency in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Main responsibilities include:

• Consultation and thorough discussion with potential clients to understand their business goals and requirements
• Advise clients on the most suitable legal structures, licensing options, and incorporation procedures
• Prepare and submit required documentation for company formation and licensing
• Liaise with government authorities and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely processing
• Provide ongoing support to clients for post-incorporation activities and compliance
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends
• Actively seek new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth
