Job Description:

• Candidates must possess at least 12 years of industry experience.
• This is a full-time onsite role for a Business Consultant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• The Business Consultant will be responsible for providing consulting services and strategic advice to clients on various aspects of business.
• Business Setup and advisory.
• Setting up companies in UAE Free Zone, Mainland, and Offshore.
• Addressing all clients' business launch support services in UAE.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and formulate solutions.
• Help clients to develop detailed business plans to drive small and radical changes.
• Achieve targets as per company specifications in KPIs.
• Develop new leads for business setup.
• Support the marketing team for up-to-date new market development and feedback on in-house provided leads.
• Efficiency in managing CRM.
• Banking services and compliance management.
• The Business Consultant will work with clients to develop customized strategies to meet their specific business needs and help them achieve their goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting, sales, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Business setup and consulting industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Knowledge of UAE business laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English.

Salary range will be from AED 5000 to AED 8000 plus incentives depending on the candidate's profile and experience. Please note this is a target-based role.
