Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Consultant to drive success in our rapidly growing office in the Corporate Services industry. Reporting directly to the Head of Office, you will play a pivotal role in achieving growth targets and ensuring overall team success. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, trustworthy, and adept at working with minimal supervision.

Key Role

As a Business Consultant, you will play a vital part in growing and retaining our client base, meeting sales targets, and ensuring team success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify new business opportunities and drive forward the development of such opportunities.
  2. Develop and nurture collaborative relationships with existing clients and source new leads.
  3. Enhance a culture of innovation and reinforce our reputation as the preferred services provider in the UAE & GCC.
  4. Represent the company in a professional and diligent manner; meet, negotiate, and correspond with clients to form strong working relationships.
  5. Use lead generation and leverage existing clients with a focus on the designated market segment to facilitate expansion based on our client's needs.
  6. Develop marketing and promotional strategies and materials for the company, including brand management, advertising, and web and sales collateral.
  7. Ensure marketing programs align with public relations and other communication activities.
  8. Assist in the preparation of long- and short-term marketing plans, pricing policies, and budgets.
  9. Participate in a high level of client interaction to support the building and maintaining of commercial relationships while upholding objectives for development and growth, and ensure a good understanding of demands, expectations, and anticipate market changes as early as possible.
  10. Generate a high standard of service delivery and achieve successful outcomes for our clients to sustainably strengthen the revenue base.
  11. Capture, share knowledge, and maintain effective communication.
  12. Deliver all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner.

About You

  1. Successful track record as a business consultant, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  2. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  3. Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
  4. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  5. Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.

Experience

1-2 years' experience in sales within the UAE in Corporate Services or Wealth Management.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law, or any other equivalent.

Knowledge

  1. Strong understanding of the Corporate Services industry and the local market.
  2. Basic understanding of AML and core compliance requirements.
  3. Basic legal skills including the ability to understand and analyze legal documents.
  4. Excellent command of written and spoken Russian and English.
