Business Coach (No English Required) - Sharjah, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Business Coach to join our team in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have experience in providing business coaching and mentoring services to clients.

The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills; be knowledgeable on current trends in the business coaching industry; and have a strong understanding of business processes. The ability to collaborate effectively with clients is essential.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

1. Provide guidance to clients on the best practices for setting up a successful business.
2. Analyze their current business practices and make recommendations for improvements.
3. Develop customized plans that meet clients’ goals.
4. Provide guidance on financial planning and budgeting, marketing strategies, operational procedures, and personnel management.

We are looking for someone who is an Indian national or has experience working with Indians as this role requires frequent interaction with clients from this background. The ability to speak a second language such as Hindi or Urdu is also desired but not required.
