Business Central - IT Specialist

As the Business Central IT Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimising business processes, implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central, and empowering employees through training and support.

Client Details

Our client is a well-known manufacturing company offering bespoke and high-end products & equipment for some of the largest hospitality sector entities in the UAE.

Description

1. Analyse current "as is" business processes (including industrial supply, production, and logistics) to identify areas for optimisation and develop detailed solutions using Dynamics 365 Business Central.
2. Manage the migration from Navision to Dynamics 365 Business Central.
3. Lead the project team and work with the vendor to track progress, ensuring on-time, on-budget implementation that aligns with business objectives.
4. Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to employees, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilise the new systems.
5. Collaborate with colleagues across various departments (supply chain, production, logistics, finance) to ensure a smooth integration of Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Profile

1. A bachelor degree in IT, Business Informatics, or other relevant field.
2. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar setting, alongside exposure to some coding and programming.
3. Proven experience in managing IT projects, with a strong preference for experience in Navision & Dynamics 365 Business Central, including the ability to identify and deliver modifications to meet business requirements.
4. Excellent analytical skills and a proven track record of optimising business processes.
5. A solid understanding of supply chain, production, logistics, and financial processes.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit.
7. Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Job Offer

Attractive, tax-free salary of between AED 8,000 - 12,000 per month.
