The Business Center Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Business center and Coworking space with Incubators, ensuring that all activities are conducted smoothly and efficiently. The role includes supervising a team of staff, managing client relations, ensuring the proper maintenance of office spaces, and providing administrative support. The Business Center Supervisor should possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the daily operations of the Coworking Incubators and business center, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.
Overseeing the facility's maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards, ensuring compliance with the UAE's regulations and health & safety requirements.
Monitoring and managing inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring all resources are stocked and well-maintained.
Supervising and managing a team of Front Desk Admins and other operational staff.
Providing training, guidance, and support to ensure staff are equipped to deliver excellent service.
Organizing daily work schedules and monitoring staff performance to ensure all tasks and responsibilities are carried out efficiently.
Addressing and resolving any staffing issues, ensuring a collaborative and positive team environment.
Providing administrative support to the Business Incubator Manager, including managing records, preparing reports, and handling day-to-day operations.
Organizing and supporting community events, networking sessions, and other initiatives to enhance client engagement and collaboration.
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Managing the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are familiar with the facility's services and policies.
Overseeing the preparation of coworking space, meeting rooms, office spaces, and common areas to ensure they meet client expectations.
Acting as a liaison between the operational staff and the Business Incubator Manager to relay updates and concerns.
Coordinating logistics for events, workshops, and networking sessions held within the Coworking space and Business center.
Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly reports on operational performance, client satisfaction, and staff productivity, and analyzing these reports for spotting trends.
Adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures as set by the Company.
Other roles & responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director and CEO.
Qualification:
Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any other relevant qualifications.
