We are looking for an experienced Business Center Manager to oversee the operations of our Business Center in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker with a strong background in business center management, sales, and marketing. This role requires excellent leadership, financial acumen, and customer service skills to ensure smooth daily operations and high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the business center, ensuring all facilities and services run smoothly.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and maximize occupancy.
Negotiate rental agreements, service contracts, and business partnerships with potential clients.
Monitor market trends and competitive pricing to set competitive rental rates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, invoicing, and revenue management.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and business licensing requirements.
Lead a team of administrative and support staff, ensuring efficient workflow and professional service delivery.
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Proven experience in managing a Business Center, Serviced Offices, or a similar facility.
Strong sales and marketing background with the ability to generate leads and close deals.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market and pricing strategies.
Ability to manage finances, contracts, and operational budgets.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Previous experience working in Dubai or the UAE market.
