Initial Monthly Financial Support:

Monthly support of 1000-2000 AED for up to a maximum of 6 months, extendable to 12 months based on inputs and performance as initial startup of your career with us.

Promotion to Business Associate Partner (Team Building and Team Management) within 3-6 months or maximum 12 months based on performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Business Associate: 1-2 years of minimum experience in Banking Sales / Life Insurance / Investment Plans / Any sales background.

Business Associate Partners: 3+ years of experience in the UAE market in Banking Sales, Credit Card, and Personal Loan.
